The post-frame building method is structurally sound, efficient, and versatile. We work with clients to provide custom design, floor plans, subcontractor bids, site layout, and project management to construct any post-frame structure including residential or barndominium homes.
We have 20 years of experience providing the right building for you, and it is made easy by our 3-step process beginning with an introductory consultation.
The consultation brings together logic and creativity as it involves both our agency’s experience and your personal ideas. The initial meeting defines a specific building plan for use by the client and all subcontractors, local building codes, and financial providers involved.

Custom
Design
Based on our initial consultation, our agency and the customer work on site layout including size of the building, orientation, material choices, and general budget considerations. We work with you to create a floor plan which results in a final drawing and 3D view.
This scale drawing is the plan by which the rest of the building can be estimated by the agent.

Estimate & Bill of
Materials
Based on the final drawings, we provide a full list of materials needed to arrive at a current and accurate price of the exterior shell and any “dry-in” materials such as stud walls, doors, windows, and floors.
With regard to interior considerations, agent acquires estimates from local subcontractors to finish the building. Agency is capable of providing bids from initial phases of the project such as excavation and utilities through final phases involving wall materials, trim, paint, and cabinets.

Project
Management
We act on behalf of the customer to schedule and carry out all work done by construction trade subcontractors, review invoices, and recommend to the owner subcontractor payments and ensure that the building materials are of the type and quantity specified by the customer to complete the project.
